Rules and Policies
Registration
Annual registration fee is $25.00 per student. This fee is paid annually as a student signs up for his/her first class and covers the cost of administrative process of registration and supplies. This fee can be discounted by 50% if you sign up for auto pay.
All classes are on a first come-first serve basis. Anyone can register at any time during the year.

All tuition is due the first day of the month/session.
Please note that any tuition received after the 10th of the month/session will be assessed a $15 late fee. A $20 charge will be assessed for any returned checks.
Family Discounts:
Registration Fee=$20 for 2nd child, $15 for 3rd child.
10% discount for each additional child.
$5 discount for taking more than one activity.
Make-Ups:
It is always best to attend your regularly scheduled class. Your account will NOT be adjusted or prorated for any classes missed as we have hired instructors to teach the class your child signed up for whether or not they choose to attend. If your child must miss a class, a make up class can be scheduled. This is a courtesy we offer to our customers but we must limit them to two make-ups a month.
Make-up classes must be scheduled through the office within 2 weeks of missed class
Drops:
Parents are required to notify the office in writing before the 1st of the month of the intention to drop a class, so that we make contact those on waiting list. Account will be billed up until the time our office is notified of the intention to drop.
Refunds:
All fees are NOT-REFUNDABLE.
Spectators:
We welcome parents and friends that want to view gymnastics activities. We do, however, require anyone watching the gymnastics activities to do so only from the viewing area. This is for the safety of the spectators and gymnasts as well as to limit distractions.
